I worked for Adrian during his time at Leeds Beckett University. He has a really inclusive personality, a natural team member with the ability to lead strongly in difficult situations. Adrian has a wealth of experience, which he openly draws upon and shares enabling not only programmes to be delivered but a continuous improvement methodology to be adopted.
